I just want to say that my experience was really great. A price for the translation was received fast and the delivery of the certified translation was perfect.
No complaints and great service. After spending time on the internet searching, I found Universal Services can do it and they have the office a few blocks away from me. I went in and was treated nicely: they asked a bunch of questions on where I want to submit the translations and about the requirements.
I needed certified translation for 3 documents and notarization for other 2. I mentioned I need them fast and they said they will do their best. I agreed to their price and delivery date and I was supposed to come back in 2 days. I remembered I forgot to ask something as soon as I got home that night so I called them even if it was late.
They assured me that everything has been clear and the translations are in progress. I got a call the second day and it was them asking if I can drop by to pick up my papers.
An hour later I was there and everything was ready in a nice envelope. They assured me there will be no problems with the translations but invited me to read them anyway. The University of Miami accepted the translations which were notarized just as easy. To conclude, I'm happy I chose Universal Services for my needs, they delivered a great service I could not find anywhere else. I needed a rare birth certificate translated within less than 24 hours for Military enlistment purposes and they made it happen!

Highly recommended! The first translation came back and the name was translated wrong by 1 letter. I was happy with this. So I submitted the proper proof of spelling with other documents and sent it off. The email I received back also said that a second review would be forthcoming prior to finalization. Next I get the finalized copy back with the same misspellings I identified before.
So I sent an email to the company explaining the project, and the errors with the document and the supporting documentation to show proper spelling.
At this point I was worried if they would make the changes or would they charge me. I jump on chat and get connected to a very nice lady by the name of Cornelia. Guess what? She had my email and was already correcting the document as we chatted! I understand that it should have been done properly the first time, but in reality it sometimes doesn't, I get that.

My family's version isn't ugly, but that's because I'm used to hearing it spoken that way, but there are some dialects or some people who speak in a grating manner in general.
